Angie was the Best. She was patient in me deciding to move to TN or not, she sent houses coming on market for over 2 years. Answered my questions on these listings the whole time. Showed me some houses when asked. I trusted her judgment when I did select a house I saw online to buy the house without seeing it in person. She negotiated according to my wishes & her knowledge. 8 people saw it the first day with 6 offers & I got the house. She set up a house inspection which I came to with a trusted inspector she had used & she stayed the whole day & brought snacks, drinks, toilet paper even. She answered any questions I had that day & reviewed inspection report & offered insight & got $2000 from sellers to cover some of the issues. She gave a trusted list of contractors in about all areas for her buyer to select or we could also look at others & get her opinion on them. With me living out of state she did many things for us to save us from being there when we couldn’t be there. She also left a lockbox on a door for contractors to obtain entry to the house. She continues to be available for whatever needs I have. She also once a year has a party at her Lake house for all her Buyers. I have purchased 6 houses during the years & she far exceeded to me what a realtor does for a client. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.
