Angie had a very positive attitude during our 5-month sales adventure. She used the Internet effectively to bring one Florida offer and one Missouri successful sale. After the first offer fell through she cut the sales commission, which helped us out in the end. She used a 'staging' technique on the photos and open houses, which was interesting. That said, she used a fragrance on the first open house that gave me a headache - we did NOT use it afterwards. The house needed some touch-ups, which she did not suggest, but once we decided on something (like painting some rooms) she got the job done quickly and economically. Best wishes to her career.
