We had a great experience with Angelique. Our first experience was when we needed a single family home to fit our big family, which we were in urgent need. She was quick to help us find a home, Then after 2 years, we had to move out due to our rental being put back into market. We then decided to purchase our first home, so we reached out to Angelique once more. The process took less then I 6 months due to finding the right home and negotiating offers. I highly recommend Angelique as a real estate agent whether your buying or selling a home. She helped me tremendously through the process when I was going through a short sale. She had to work especially hard because the original lender sold my loan during the short sale process, which made it very difficult to get anything done. Angelique continued to work hard and went the extra mile. Whenever I needed her, she was there. At the end of it all, I ended up selling my home and it was not a short sale and actually made some profit. Without her, I don't think it would have been possible. It has been a couple of years since I sold my home and we have kept in contact. I am currently working with her now to get my credit repaired so I can purchase another house and I will definitely be hiring her to be my agent.
