Ange has been wonderful in providing plenty of possible future homes. She has our family's best interest at heart when it comes to finding a neighborhood, even what makes for a good street for our 3 little boys to play in the front yard. She goes beyond just square footage of the house and into the function and flow of how it will work with our family. Over the years she has become very good at seeing what a house could be and then provides clear thoughts on how we can get there.

The house was actually on the market 3 days, and we got 8 bids - all at or above list price (Open house on Sunday with 2 offers / Monday 3 offers / Tuesday 2 offers, so we shut it down).
