My husband and I had been looking for a home for over a year. As 1st time home buyers we had no idea what To Expect out of realtors when buying a home, Naturally lots of realtors tried to take advantage of that And shark us at every turn. Unfortunately we had gone through multiple realtors throughout the year and saw many many houses. We had a hard time finding a realtor who wasn't trying to push their own listings down our throats or they kept showing us homes that didn't check any boxes that we needed. We also had other realtors trying to make us spend more money than we could afford showing us houses that were either below our budget or way above. Over 5 different realtors we dealt with not one of them Seem to really care or get back to us or even have open lines of communication they all seem to have an agenda to line their pockets and not to help us. My husband and I even had to back out of a contract because our real estate agent wasn't doing anything to protect us and just seem to want to just make the sale. It seemed like an ongoing nightmare. Until we finally met the right one for us Angelina. Not only was she loving caring showed us houses that fit our criteria and our budget but she held our hand through every question question every step of the way. Every time my husband and I would feel insecure or worried she would do everything she could to reassure us. She's Extremely knowledgeable and knows how to put together a contract for you and your new home that protects you and your family 1st and foremost. If it were not for her knowledge and skills the current house that we bought, we would have lost the home we wanted. She was absolutely an angel in what felt like a hellish ordeal.
