I began working with Angelica in the Fall of 2017. She met with me and I saw instantly that she was a true professional real estate agent. She relied heavily on the most up-to-date tools such as current data on areas of San Francisco where I wanted to buy; social media tools and other real estate sites to provide me with everything I needed to purchase a home. She intuitively saw what my personal preferences were for particular locations, architecture, and personal needs for my husband and myself. I work full-time so I could not attend open houses so she diligently showed up at all of the places I was interested in and took videos and still shots of all parts of the property. Later, that same day, she would send me the videos and pictures and with an analysis of all pros and cons. I cannot tell you how much time and frustration this saved me. I also highly recommend Angelica and her McGuire partner, Raymond Ho, an absolute gentleman who engaged me during the viewings of the properties and asked all the right questions. He encouraged me to consider certain factors carefully before buying such as external factors surrounding the property--what was happening outside in terms of traffic congestion, convenience to transportation, etc. I really cannot say enough good things about these two, Angelica and Ray.
