Coming in on the tail end of a sellers market, after a previous agent absolutely bungled our listing. A divorcing couple. A correcting market and a stressed out seller. The housing market the last few months has been crazy. We began our looking for a home in February. Our first contact with Angelica was great. She listened to all our wishes and looked at our budget and began narrowing down houses for us. When we wanted to look at a house, Angelica would advise if it would work for us or not. Angelica was very knowledgeable about the area, if a house would sell above asking or possibly not meet appraisal. It was very difficult to find a house my husband and I both liked and in the right location. We had made a couple offers on houses we liked, but we kept losing out. We finally found this home and with the advice Angelica gave us, we finally went under contract. Angelica was great on keeping us updated on everything and she was so supportive. She has a First Responder/Veterans program in which she donates her own money towards closing costs, which is so very generous. Besides that, she was there all the way through closing and beyond.
