Angelica was an incredible resource from the very beginning. When I thought of the massive undertaking selling the house could be - what updates I needed to be making, paint, carpet, landscaping, etc - she focused on what was most important. It was far more important to me that the sale of the house go quickly, instead of for maximum dollar. However, at no point did I feel like we sacrificed or took a hit on the value of our home. She took the time to walk through every room to give recommendations on what not to worry about, what was optional, and the things that were non-negotiable in order to remain competitive. It ended in a thoughtfully worded listing that highlighted the things I loved about the home and community, and positioned it about opportunity. We were under contract in less than 2 days with a very competitive offer! Angelica was fantastic, and I’m so grateful.
