I also work hard to assist my clients with vendors, answer questions and provide guidance well after signing at the closing table. After reading your review it appears your rating is regarding the inspector missing items in their report. Inspections are such an important part of the buying process and I rely on these reports to inform our strategy and decision regarding Inspection Objections and Resolutions. I always recommend my clients complete a full inspection with a reputable company, including a sewer scope. As you know we completed these inspections and our Inspection Objection verbiage reflected that. If there are items in the initial Inspection Report that need a second look we bring over additional vendors to address.
