When we started looking for a house we thought, "do we really need a realtor?" Then we met Angelica and I cannot even BEGIN to explain the extensive effort and magic to you that this woman has. She is punctual, smart (basically a house inspector while hunting), she is kind, reponds quickly, works harder than pretty much anyone I have ever seen, keeps a positive attitude, learns you so she can focus in on what you want to save you time. She goes above and beyond, and if you want a house she will be sure to win it for you. She knows what to say, how to get buy-in for you, what to say and do, and she will walk you through everything step-by-step without making you feel overwhelmed. We will never go to another realtor in our life and we already referred her to 5 people. At no point did I feel she wasn't 100% on our side and looking out for us. She will follow you through to the end and beyond after the house is purchased. (She even emails you when your taxes are coming up down the line to help you out!) You would be wrong not to pick her, and she will blow you away with how she can help you through this process of buying a house.
