Angelica is the best! From the moment we connected with her about selling our home she has been a guiding guru! Within the week, she came over to see our home and gave us a ton of resources on the process to know what we could expect along the way and answered all of the questions thoroughly. ... then later again that night (and a few more if we're being honest) when we had the silliest questions, she was there to answer them for us! She helped us brainstorm what we could do with our fur-babies as we had house showings during the work day and even offered to come over if we needed additional assistance. She went the extra mile to offer a house check-in when we traveled so we could be at ease from afar. I wish Angelica was in our new area to help us find our next best place because it really felt like she was on our time. She helped us rebound emotionally when a few hiccups came down the road making us a bit exhausted and always reminding us that our home is worth more than we thought to keep us at a competitive + reasonable price! Even when we had the smallest question about packing up she was there until the very end to help us with our next steps. We could not have imagined a better person to sell our home and ride one of the most emotional rollercoasters with us! Thank you so much Angelica!!!!!
