My experience was great, she was very helpful and patient on finding the right house for us, we had some dead ends but at the end we found what we wanted. She was very open on our schedule to view houses and always was there with information and variety of similar options. Also a great mentor as we were first home buyers learned new things and helped us choose the house we wanted. Overall a great friend, advisor and a great agent. Angeles is excellent at marketing your property. I have sold two properties with her 10 years apart, yes I searched her out to sell my second property, and in both cases the houses sold in hours for more money than I expected. Not only has she tuned her skills at buying and selling real estate, the fact that she is bilingual opens up abilities to market to a larger market. She is also the perfect agent, looking out for you from putting your house on the market (or looking for a new house) until the proceeds are deposited in your bank. Actually even after that she will be checking on you to see if you need anything. She is a genuinely nice, personable and honest person. If I could choose more than five stars I would. Needless to say the next time I am buying or selling real estate I will be using her service again.
