I decided to finally buy in Pelican Cove on a Sunday and picked a 2 bedroom 2 bath. On Monday I decided not to contact the listing agent and picked Angela at random. She accommodated my time constraints by rearranging her schedule to show me the condo. I made an offer which was accepted on Tuesday. What impressed me about Angela is that she presented and performed her traditional agent’s presentation in a pleasant and relaxing manner. I interrupted her and said I don’t want to hear it because I rented these places (built 1979) while in college during the eighties. I was impressed again at how quickly Angela adapted to my buying style and pleasantly and expeditiously proceeded to ensure closing 22 days later. It would have been sooner but forces outside her control delayed the deal a couple days. Angela and her team had clear, concise verbal and written instructions for every form I had to sign and deadline I had to meet. I missed signing at one line and Angela volunteered to sign for me. I trusted her to take care of it and she saved me from having to do so myself. Thanks Angela! I highly recommend Angela Willner as a real estate agent and probably for a lot of jobs. I would have hired her in my field of IT. In not too many years she would be working in management and probably my boss. We got commended for turning people like Angela into upper management. Angela is excellent. My spouse and I are first time homebuyers, and she has seen us through the process of purchasing our new property with an intended closing date coming up this month.
