Where to begin? I was so very fortunate for Angie's path to cross mine for many reasons, not the least of which is she's a consummate professional who knows her stuff! When I bought my house she must've shown me 15 or more places and NONE were out of my price range, all had some or all of my criteria. When it came time to sell she told me all the details, and did an initial walk through and told me how to stage and what to fix. She did not hurry me to get the house on the market but waited until everything (including me) was ready. We agreed on the asking price and within hours the offers were coming in. Only one agent said the price was "too high" but legit offers were for asking price and above! The sale went smoothly and efficiently thanks to Angie who actually had to guide the entire process because the other agent was new.

Angela is an awesome realtor. She isn't just trying to sell you a home. She actually teaches you things about what to look for when buying an older home or just buying a home period. She is a one stop shop. She made the process for me so easy. I was able to get a loan , get home insurance quotes, inspection done and I didn't even have to look around and do it my self.
