I have had 4 of my listings sold quickly in my first year of licensing, with a 5th home rented to own by next year. I am currently under contract with 2 commercial warehouse buildings in the downtown Cleveland area for my buyer client. I have a few more homes to be listed as soon as they are done being rehabbed. I'm currently working towards helping a few buyer clients presently to procure their dream homes. My first year in this business has been wonderful. I absolutely love my career, its one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself and my family. There is nothing better to me than when I get to see my clients happy with my services and their purchases and or sales.

Sold the house on the first day

House was on the market 1 day from open house at above asking. Can’t do better than that.

Quickly got up to speed

Quickly learned all about the house and it’s many features and pluses including the in-ground pool. Quickly sold the house with no problems.
