Angela demonstrates a solid feel For the Lake Martin market. As out of state sellers, we needed a local expert. She worked with us and the buyers agent to come up with the amount we needed to clear to complete the sale. The property moved relatively quickly in spite of my opinion that condos don’t quite get the same urgency as lakefront home do within the realtor community. That being said, Angela stayed close to us regarding showings, offers and closing. Overall we were happy with the timeline and outcome and feel Angela made that happen for us.
