I so highly recommend Angela! She was truly a partner in my search for my new home, a well informed and skilled partner! Angela listened to all I said in our first meeting- I didn't want to get into a bidding war, I wanted 2 full baths, I wanted to live in a diverse community, I wanted to stick to my budget. She started sending me relevant listings right away, and when I asked for more information on a property, she sent that over with additional information, such as "there are already multiple offers on this house"- knowing that I didn't want to be in a bidding war. When we found the one, she put it through its due diligence during that visit! She knew I really liked it, and that it checked all the boxes on my list, and was able to show me that there was not a lot wrong with the property. She got me an expert inspector, gave excellent guidance on my offer, and follow up offer. I had and have full confidence in Angela's knowledge and skill set.
