Angela really knows the home-buying process very well, she was able to guide me (a first time homebuyer) cleanly through all aspects of home searching and buying, and I was confident that her advice was sound, trustworthy, experienced, and worth heeding. I was particularly impressed with her memory of tasks that she promised to do for me during escrow and then following up on every single one of them. Also, I had a somewhat specific search criteria established for my home search. We contemplated all of the listings that popped up on my search, and she gave me very objective advice about each one, keeping in mind that much of it is subjective to me. In the end, the home that I bought was one that did not meet my basic search criteria, yet she came across the listing and had a hunch that it would be worthwhile for me to check out. I ended up loving it! So she kept up with other listings that did not meet my initial search criteria, and she showed great intuition for selecting homes that really speak to me as a person. All in all, I highly recommend Angela's real estate service, and I definitely plan to work with her again if I move in the future.
