As first time home sellers, we had a lot to learn about prepping a house for market. While other realtors we interviewed gave us a generic checklist, Angela Robinson spent over two hours going through our home with us and helping us understand what to tweak and what was ok to leave. She was relentlessly positive and honest. We had an extremely complicated go-to-market situation with house repairs, and a complex situation with our buyers. Angela stayed on top of all of it and pulled all the strings necessary, going above and beyond to make sure our sale went through. She was communicative, clear, helpful, kind, and present as we needed her. My only regret is that because we moved out of state, we probably won't get to work with her again. Angela is the BEST!

I'm thrilled at the results I experienced with the sale of my rental property at 1616/1618 Indiana Avenue in Winter Park, due to the efforts of Angela Robinson on my behalf. My partner of 40 years having passed away in January, I knew that I was going to make plans to move on, but was stymied in moving forward.
