She's very knowledgeable of the area and was able to tell me many things about the areas we looked into that wont show up on any listing. She showed us houses in every area that we were interested in. When we found one that we wanted, she contacted the seller’s agent and gave them our offer and managed the offer/counteroffer process. She helped us to find reputable and local inspectors, contractors and even a structural engineer to make shire that the house was in good condition and that the bank’s interests were satisfied. After outer offer had been accepted, she helped us to find a good title company and walked us through the signing. Afterward she continued to help us to straighten out our new utility services and has periodically checked up on us just to see how we are doing in our new home. I would highly recommend her and have already given her name to family.
