Angela Payne

Angela Payne assisted me in locating and purchasing a house in a very limited inventory during a challenging year of pandemic. Then she assisted me in closing the sale of my previous house under similarly challenging circumstances. She is knowledgeable and professional, and she is also delightful to work with. She always had time for me.

Angela was a delight to work with. We were exceptionally happy with the constant time and attention she gave our property. Additionally, she kept us constantly informed of every person who made contact or reviewed the property. Given the speed with with which she sold our home I don't believe we could have found a better agent. We would highly recommend her and if we ever decide to buy up at the shore again, we will certainly be turn to her. She is a credit to her profession and we are grateful she represented us.

Angela was responsive and patient. Seemed to know how things would work out. Sometimes didn't get back to me right away, but that was the exception. Taking care of her family needs sometimes made it difficult for her to respond promptly.
