Angela Parrett listed my family home. This house had been in our family for a few generations and it was a very hard thing to do (sell) and she was very patient throughout the entire process. First, she came out a few times before we actually signed the contract. She came for an initial consult and came out as a follow up to see what we had done to get the house ready to sell. Like many transactions, there were a few hiccups in our sale along the way and she went the extra mile to smooth out all the wrinkles, so to speak. She helped us get more than our asking price. Would highly recommend Angela to anyone needing a realtor and would definitely use her again if we are in need of a realtor.

Angela is a great realtor. She is very organized and kept us informed. Angela coordinated with our schedule to have someone stage our house so we could get top dollar. She arranged for a photographer to take beautiful pictures of our home. She had 3 or 4 open houses. From the time we listed to the time we closed on our house it was 60 days total. You might think, well that is the market but it is also due to having a great realtor. Highly recommend Angela.
