Smooth sailing all the way through!
It worked out great to make an offer through Angela Norton for a home on the east coast where she works, while selling our home on the west coast where we lived at the time. Many agents act pretty skittish about dealing with "long distance" buyers, but she seemed to take it all in stride, and knew how to handle the complexities to make the process go smoothly from beginning to end.
