Angela McInnes is the hardest working Real estate agent on planet earth- 1) I reached out to Angela and she immediately met me at her Mesa office. 2)She describe the Real Estate purchasing process from A-to-Z in a comfortable way that was easy to understand - 3) she asked excellent questions, for example-what kind of size -what kind of price what kind of area what kind of location on a street ,what kind of construction new or old -and from there she waved her magic wand and within two days was able to find me a home of my dreams-i wanted to be as far west as possible! 4) this home was just categorized as just built and ready to be purchased so time is of the essence -she was so Smart she said let's go immediately 5) it was a busy Saturday morning but she rearranged her schedule for me 6) the home is 55 miles to the west /she was so kind she actually drove me an hour and a half to the Buckeye location of a brand new home that she narrowed down and as soon as I saw the home I fell in love With it 7) we went through every room looked at every fixture complemented every beautiful upgrade it had washer -dryer side-by-side beautiful fridge microwave shiny for stove dishwashers- like she read my mind she went over exactly what that process would be for the future fourth coming and everything else just fell into place ' 8) I would like to add that I'm brand new to Arizona so during the drive -she pointed out all the points of interest all the new shopping the gym I was looking for -restaurants to proximity to the airport downtown Phoenix nightlife concert halls it was like she had chamber of commerce knowledgeable-Well Angela hit me a homerun and I highly recommend her. I would've been lost without her - We close within 20 days of seeing the home- They have a wonderful concierge service that helps set up your electricity cable water etc. also gave me a referral for a wonderful moving company that came to my home and gave me a beautiful estimate. Angela was amazing to work with! She helped us with all items needed to stage our house to sell. We listed it and it sold in 1 day! She also was our agent buying our new house which was for sale by owner. She worked us through the buying process seamlessly and also assisted the owner selling as a courtesy.
