Prior to my experience with Angela I was one of those who would tell you that you don't need a realtor. Boy was I wrong. Angela makes your life so much easier. For instance, where to start with price. Angela understood the market. And she didn't tell me a listing price just because she thought I wanted to hear it. She was aggressive, but honest about price. We had multiple offers within days of the house hitting the market. She did everything she could to give me an advantage in the marketplace. The presentation of the house online and live was amazing. This was due to the work that she put in ahead of time. The house was staged great, the pictures were amazing and following her recommendations, appropriate cosmetic repairs were made ahead of time. She stayed on top of the buyers agent and the mortgage company throughout the process. This resulted in the sale completing ahead of schedule. This was true despite some set backs from the buyer's inspection.
