From my first phone call to Angela I knew I was in good hands. At first I thought I would interview a few realtors but never made it past the first conversation. She was extremely extremely knowledgeable and I felt all of her advise was always in my best interest! I feel she went over and above to make sure I was happy and well protected.
I’ve bought one and sold three houses (4 sales) with Angela. Having worked with several other realtors as well I can absolutely say she is the best you’ll find out there. In fact, after our last sale together when I left the area, she helped me deal with an incompetent realtor I was working with to purchase my next home. Angela probably saved me $40,000 on a sale she wasn’t even involved with! She is an expert at staging your house to get it sold fast. She’s super knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate process. I have such complete faith in her I actually moved away before my last house in the area was sold and I let Angela handle the process basically on her own. You won’t find a better realtor than Angela.

Not enough good things to say... Angela assisted us in buying this home as first time home buyers and 7 years later she was back by our side to sell it. Angela is so incredibly knowledgeable and her ability to fully explain and walk us through step by step was incredible. Extremely professional and feel so fortunate to go through this milestone with her! Angela fully prepared us (and our home!) to make the most of the sale. We can't thank her enough! Highly recommend!
If I could give Angela more stars I would! Knowledgeable, patient and extremely qualified are jut a few key words I'd use to describe her. Recommended to me by a co-worker who had helped sell her house, Angela helped me find my what was to be my first home. Unfortunately life happened, and I was laid off from job suddenly and the house deal fell through. HOWEVER, Angela stuck by me and even checked in with me just to see how I was making out in life. When I got back on my feet and was ready to get back in the house hunting game, Angela had my back. Armed with years of experience, she guided me through the process and was patient even when I nervously asked her the same question three times haha. This gal knows her stuff and it shows...I'm now in my new (first) home and she made it happen! I couldn't speak more highly of her services!
We would highly recommend Angela Marchese. She immediately jumped on getting our contract, appraisal and pictures taken care of so that our home was able to be listed very quickly. She communicated with her fellow realtors about the property so that as soon as the house was listed, we had numerous showings lined up. In fact the house went on the market on Thursday and we had 2 offers from qualified buyers by Sunday. We essentially sold the home in 1 day. Not only was Angela on top of all of the details, she was quite accessible for questions. She made the sale of our home (which is never easy) a very positive experience.
