We were living in a manufactured home in a community that you had to rent the lot. When we had asked other real estate agents, no one wanted to work with us on trying to sell it. Others said that it wouldn't sell or try to sell it back to the community, etc. Then Angela came in and saw the wonderful potential of the home and said, "It might take longer than a non-manufactured home, but it'll sell for sure!" Her optimism was contagious and really helped us prepare for the listing and sell. We have pets and also needed to sell before we could go into our new home, but she worked with us every step to make sure our entire family was taken care of and comfortable for the whole process. Then our home got an accepted offer within a month!
