It's so hard to pick an agent, and Angela was recommended to be by someone I trust. I have to say from the first meeting her high level of professionalism was apparent in the materials she had prepared for the sale of my home. I never had to worry about missing a step, because she was always two steps ahead and checked in with me every step of the way and as important dates approached! She was always accessible for questions and to talk through any concerns. She has so many great resources from stagers to painters! I can honestly say I would highly recommend working with her!

I cannot speak highly enough of Angie Lotman. This was my second time buying a home and I now know the value of working with a great real estate agent. Angie is a pleasure to be with, but is also so thorough and professional. She read through the numerous disclosures and asked the seller questions we didn't think of. She had great recommendations for a home inspector, mortgage company and even a painter after we closed. I felt so comfortable with her and was able to be completely honest with all my likes and dislikes. I never felt like we were wasting her time. What could have been a stressful experience was not since we had a knowledgeable advocate.

I cannot say enough about our experience with Angela Lotman. We had our house on the market for 88 days without even an offer when we were introduced to Angie. She viewed our property, told us why she felt we had failed to sell, made the proper suggestions to get the home in a salable condition. She set up the contractors, coordinated with us to to get the work completed and then sold our house in 6 days for mere then we asked. Through the whole process, Angie was knowledgeable, efficient, proficient and an absolute pleasure to work with. She also helped us find the right new home in the area we wanted to be for the correct price we wanted to pay. If you do not use Angie as your agent you are missing out on a delightful and rewarding experience. Sincerely: John/Donna De Vito

My husband and I are first time home buyers and were nervous getting into the market at this time. That is until we connected with Angela Lotman. She answered every question we had, all while explaining in perfect detail. We were so impressed with Angela's professionalism and knowledge. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with her. We definitely plan on referring Angela Lotman, as she is the perfect realtor!

Angie was a big help through the buying process. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us so that we understood what we were doing & made us feel comfortable.

We've worked with Angie to buy three properties in the Walnut Creek area and each time it has been an incredible experience. She's extremely personable but what really sets Angie apart is her attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile at each and every stage of the buying and selling process. There were eight bids on the last house that we bought through Angie so she took absolutely every step possible too ensure our bid was viewed favorably over the others. Working with Angie takes the stress out of what is typically an incredibly stressful process. We can't recommend working with Angie high enough. She's the best in her field.

Angie was professional from day one. She helped us find the perfect property for our family even when it was out of her regular area of doing business. She always returned phone calls, emails and text messages promptly. She followed through with us from beginning of property search to close of escrow. Always cheerful, Angie did an excellent job. She negotiated strongly for us to complete the process of getting the property we wanted. We strongly recommend Angie for all your real estate needs. Pete and Nancy Landini

We started working with Angie in May 2015, she totally understood our needs as my husband uses a walker and wheelchair so accessibility was foremost along with staying in current area. She emailed listings of areas we were interested in and if we found something she checked it out. We saw numerous homes, bid on two before finding our new home in June. She never let us get discouraged, answered my numerous texts, and kept us informed with transaction and worked with our lender. Angie is a very energetic, responsible and professional Realtor, you won' t go wrong enlisting her as your Realtor.

Working with Angie was a dream come true, she exceeded all of my expectations and went above and beyond for me numerous times over. Angie was extremely professional and when she said that she was going to be somewhere, or do something for me she was on top of it with the up most professional urgency. When I had question regarding anything at all, and I had a TON of questions, Angie was really thorough at explaining what was going on and breaking down all the wordy details that were so confusing to me. I am so happy I chose to work with Angie as my Realtor. The very best part of Angie was that she was so incredibly patient with me. I changed my mind quite a few times as to the size and location of the home I wanted to purchase and through it all she stuck by my side. Angie was never pushy or selfish at all, she was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend all of my close family and friends to use her as well.

I was recommended Angie by a friend in 2008, when I was getting ready to buy my first home. She did a great job then, so naturally, I called her when I was getting ready to sell/buy this summer. She did an excellent job selling my home. I took her advice throughout the entire process, and I couldn't be happier with how things went. We're currently in the process of closing a deal on my next home, and as expected, she is doing an amazing job in this very difficult market. She is energetic, knowledgeable, explains things clearly, and goes the extra mile as needed
