Can you say CONTRACT for asking price in 48 hours in this bad market. I wish I could give her more stars. She is not a nine to five person so you will be getting text with updates or requests at any given time. I did list my house a little above market price because of the condition and attributes of the house. Angela knocked it out of the park! I told her what money I needed to end up with and she worked the numbers backwards to get me a little more. She worked to make it easy and less stressful for me. I just did what she ask me to do immediately. She did all the work! Thank God I don’t have a house anymore but if I did I would certainly use her to sell it. Thank Angela and your TEAM for everything!
