After going through a few homes, it was apparent to my wife and myself that we were very particular. We decided building a new home may be the best path for us. Angela provided us with all the information on multiple different home builders in the area we were looking to move. With her help we found a floorplan and community we liked. We moved forward with a new build in the M/I Foxfire community just south of Grove City. Unfortunately, we had some pushback and issues with the builder throughout the process. Angela stayed involved through the whole process and was there to keep the builder honest and in check. I don't know how we could have made it through the new home build process without her! It should go without saying I highly recommend her. I will never build/buy a house with any other realtor.
