Angela helped me as both a property manager and then a listing agent. I was particularly nervous about selling since I needed to do everything virtually since I live overseas now. Angela expertly guided me through the process unafraid to share advice from her years of experience, even if it conflicted with my initial views. She made it easy and was proactive in taking care of the house whilst it was listed and I was away and getting the listing lovely with it being virtually staged. I accepted an offer over 1k over listing amount and had funds in my bank account less than a month after listing. Very easy experience!
