The Seattle market is crazy with the speed at which houses come on the market and the immediate offers that buyers make. The competition among buyers is fierce when a great home comes on the market. So seeing a house within a day or two becomes critical to being able to decide whether to make an offer. We were located out of state at the beginning of our home search and could not travel to look at houses immediately. Angela used Facetime to walk through a house that we could not physically come to see because of these logistics. Angela put in lots of time and effort taking us to houses we wanted to see even though in many instances the properties were long shots based on the parameters we provided for house searches. She helped us immensely with understanding the Seattle market. When we finally settled on a home she made the process bearable even though the seller was difficult to deal with. When we took possession of the house there was trash and junk left inside on the downstairs level, in the garage and around the property. So much that it took (2) full truckloads for a junk hauler to remove from the property. Angela explained the garbage was supposed to be removed by the seller. She paid the fee for the junk hauler so that my wife and I would not have to fight with the seller. This is above and beyond the call and helped us tremendously. Overall outstanding service.
