I worked with Angela from Red Tree Real Estate to find and purchase my first home. She was extremely professional from start to finish, and is very knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions - which she answered promptly and patiently. She has a strong understanding of the Boston area real estate market, and helped me make good decisions on location. Angela is also an excellent negotiator. The process was not a smooth one (the seller was in a car accident in the middle of negotiations which really complicated matters). With a less competent agent, I would not have been able to close a deal on this property. Angela worked seamlessly with the mortgage team and the closing attorney (which proved to be really important, because the seller's attorney did not seem to understand the real estate purchase process at all). She had a great recommendation for a mortgage broker, home appraiser, and tradespeople to fix the things that needed fixing after I closed on the home. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Angela is hands down the best real estate agent! She helped us sell our condo in just 2 weeks !! (while our expectation was 2 months). After we procrastinated for over 6 months with our decision on what to do with our condo in Boston after we moved across the country, I decided to put Angela on the case! She walked in with confidence and walked out with a one week plan to get the condo to a sale condition and a good suggested listing price. That's how we knew we were in good hands! Angela is very diligent, resourceful and helpful in our home buying process. She understood our requirements and was flexible in her work to accommodate us. She did not solely rely on the Mlspin system to recommend properties to us. She went actively looking in the open market. Her hard work helped us to find our first home. It was not recommended by the Mlspin because it was out of our initial price range. We worked with an agent in the past who replied too much on Mlspin recommendations. Angela provided value added service: property searching, negotiation strategy, property valuation analysis, inspector recommendations, deal making and follow thru with sellers.
