Angela was helpful and proactive in every step of the buying process. We are living out of state and had a very particular time we could meet and she dropped everything to give us her full attention. Since retirement isn't for another three years, we weren't even sure we would be buying any time soon. Angela still treated us like we were her only clients and sent listings that matched our criteria. When I got to town, she took the day taking me to various properties. The ones we were interested in, she promptly followed up with, relaying information as quickly as she received it. Less than a month into our initial query we had an accepted offer (at a lower price than we'd hoped) and two months later closed on our property. She handled closing for us (so we wouldn't have to fly in from out of state). A few days after the closing, we received not only a gift card, but a beautiful, framed photo of our view of Pikes and a bottle of dirt from our land. It was a touching gift for a family that can't wait to get back to Colorado. We are now looking at building in the future and Angela has once again stepped up to guide us. We couldn't be happier!
