It was truly a journey and Angela hung in there with me to see it to the end! I started with her when I was just considering a move and determining an approximate value of my home. She was referred to me by two different friends so I figured she must be good! Angela was great at making recommendations to "spruce up" certain things and not worry about others. She was also able to have an interior designer (at a very reasonable cost) come in to help determine what to do with a permanent "eyesore" . Angela is great at responding quickly to emails and phone calls. I constantly had questions and if she didn't know the answer she got them. At times it was a roller coaster for me in emotionally determining if it was the right decision to make a move. Angela was great at guiding me through things to consider. The thing that impressed me was that Angela wanted what was best for ME! If that meant slowing things down and taking my time, she was okay with that. At one point I jokingly asked her what her therapy fee was for that day. No additional cost, it was included in her fee! 😂 I had what I felt like was a pretty basic wish list but it was a bit of a challenge to find it even though I compromised on some things. Angela was very respectful of my limited budget. She was there to encourage me when an offer wasn't accepted due to a seller not disclosing they wanted a cash offer. That was part of the emotional rollercoaster as that certainly wasn't a possibility for me. When I think of Angela, the words professional yet personable are what come to mind.
