Angela handled and coordinated all our remodeling. She hired professional photographer and arranged “staging” at her own expenses before putting our property on market. Angela kept us updated from day one on listing in Multiple Listing Service, reviewed our offers until offer accepted. She followed through during escrow and stayed on top of every step until closing of escrow. Angela was always available to answer our questions throughout the process, even after closing. We never met Angela in person and didn’t view our condo in person during this sale process. Angela guided us through the process of listing and selling our home. We found her to be very knowledgeable on the process and gave us excellent guidance on how to prepare the home for sale. She was patient with us to accommodate our moving situation by adjusting the times when the home would be listed and staged for sale. Her wisdom on how to set the sell price and negotiate the final offer proved to be correct and rewarded us on the final deal. Angela is very energetic and managed the sell process effectively. Selling or buying a house is soooo stressful. Angela was always there to guide . We did not always agree, but we worked together . If I needed her she always got to me quickly. She was mindful of the things I felt strongly about.even though my house is sold and I am buying another…. Far away, she is STILL THERE for me.
