We’ve sold 5 homes and the sale Angela Fox and her team handled for us was our best experience. From meeting Angela to title closing was less than 3 weeks. Angela met with me and made sure my home was in top sale condition, including helping me find the right people to do a little work. She fully explained the market conditions so we could make a pricing decision, we were mid range and after an open house weekend, the result was many over asking price offers. During this process we had one maintenance issue arise which her team handled for us, getting bids and meeting contractors, so the sale proceeded smoothly.
