Angela Fowler

When I put the house next door to me on the market in 2015, it was because my Mother had passed and my brother had moved to a small condo. I was now the owner and needed to either sale it or rent it. Angela Fowler had just sold a house on the next street over that had sold “Fast” and a bidding war caused it to sell for more than the asking price. I called her and we met to discuss my situation. Immediately, I knew she was the kind of agent that I felt comfortable dealing with, no high-pressure sales. When I decided to list it, in October 2015, we were on the same page about my sale vs. rent dilemma. Several months after listing, I realized that it would be best for me to rent the property, I called Angela and no problem, she took it off the market. Angela’s flexibility was the key for me. After three years of renting, and realized being a landlord is not for me, I’ve decided to sale the property and have asked Angela to re-list, seamlessly, it’s done. I do not feel that any other agent would have worked with me as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Angela Folwer to anyone selling or buying a house.

Well let’s see.... Angela Fowler is not professional at all. Horrible communication skills, never picked up the phone from the beginning. Makes you feel worthless even though you hired her not the other way around. Does not stick up for her clients and treats them terribly after she gets what she wants. Does not give any suggestions for when it comes to writing up contracts, so might want someone else to write them up. Does not go over anything with her clients due to lack of communication. Thinks her first time home selling clients know everything, so won’t help them in any way shape or form. Blames any problems on her clients and never herself. Terrible experience. I hope no one ever goes through what I went through, but of course I was her client so everything was my fault.
