Angela Dansereau
Angela is good at her job. She has this persona in her that is a very outgoing and inviting. Since we met her she communicated with us almost daily and has been there for us all the way through our selling and buying process. She responded quickly to our text messages and was always clear on explaining things. Our house listed second week of July and by the third week, 8 days later an offer was made. It was smooth sailing after that. My family and I went on vacation to Mexico for a week during the fourth week. As we got back to Az we found our new home and started that process. Everything was going great. It was so perfect that we closed on both houses on the exact date. Knowing the sellers wrote in the contract to stay in the house 45 days after the closing date. During our final walkthrough on the house we noted the pool and backyard to be cleaned up. Pool was turning green. The sellers agreed and said they would have the pool cleaned, dog feces picked up, and backyard cleaned. On the morning of our closing date, we as in our realtor and her team received a text message that the sellers are going to be vacating the house in 48 hours rather than 45 days. Everything happened so fast. When we got the keys to the new house, total disaster. Trash everywhere, personal hygiene left in all the rooms and bathrooms, pool was left untouched, green, backyard not cleaned and dog feces every where. My husband and I were pissed and upset. After several messages back and forth to Angela, she offered to pay for the house to be cleaned and also offered anything else that needed to be done to make us happy. We were taken back by her. She was there for us the whole way. She is amazing and wonderful. She even had someone come to our new house and picked up all the trash left behind after the house was cleaned. Angela, will forever be our saint in all this. She will not disappoint. She will capture your heart.
