Angela did an amazing job throughout the entire process.. being from out of state we had to extend a lot of trust and Angela went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable.. she was there for the inspection and made sure we knew every detail of the home and answered all questions. I found Angela on realtor.com. I posted that I was interested in selling my rental home in Glendale. Angela contacted me a few minutes after I made the post on Realtor.com. The moment that I started talking with Angela you could tell she knows her industry and knows how to sell homes. I was on a tight schedule and was looking to meet that day to discuss the sale of my rental property. Angela planned to meet me there for in a few hours. During that time one other realtor contacted me and he also planned to meet me later. There was no comparison. Angela came prepared with comps and what she thought the selling price could be. Angela took the time to walk the home and paid attention to all the upgrades I had put into the home. She came back to me with a higher list price. The other realtor took several days to get back to me. The other realtor had a much lower listing price. Needless to say I went with Angela. I can not emphasis enough how good Angela is in the real-estate market. If you are thinking of buying or selling your home, you should have Angela as part of your team.
