When we first met Angela she had a presentation all ready to go. She had researched the market in the neighborhood and had given us an idea as to how to move ahead swiftly and smoothly. We prepped the house to look nice for showings and then got it on the market. The house was shown to quite a few people because of the way we priced it and how she wrote her descriptions. She is honest, communicative, understanding and goes just above the call of duty. The home sold in about a month after we recieved a few offers. She helped us understand the market and helped me understand the way the paperwork worked. She allowed things to go as smoothly as possible even though the people she was working with after the house was on the market were either half a state away or half way across the country.
