My husband and I were selling our home after 30 years of living there so we were clueless. Angela was amazing, showed up on time and did a real walk thru of our home. She suggested a couple of cosmetic improvements and notified us what she thought we could get for our house. It was about $50,000 more then we thought. Needless to say small improvements made, open house done, offers on table (bidding war) and we got exactly what she said we would. We signed contract few days later and she still wasn't done providing exceptional service. Her due diligence on maintaining communication with all parties was fantastic and because of her our closing went off without a hitch. I previously worked with Angela and knew that when I was finally ready to purchase my first home, she would be my Agent. It was a long and difficult process due to the market and Angela assisted every step of the way. No matter what time of day or night, 7 days a week, she was always available and expedited everything from showings to the closing. Her knowledge insight from the areas that we looked at to every part of the home to lenders, inspectors and lawyers to negotiations is extensive and we were able to get a great house that we did not have to settle for at a fair price quickly. As a first time homebuyer this could have been a harrowing experience given the state of the current market for buyers but thanks to Angela it was the opposite! This lady is incredible. She will go the extra mile for her clients. She is always responsive and available via text msg or phone calls for her clients. She will be out there with you looking at homes and giving you the best advice and opinion (listen to her). She also has an amazing team of people that she works as well. I was a first time home buyer in the area and really didn't know much about where to look or what the process was. Angela was always informative and if she didn't have the answer, she got it. On top of that her knowledge of the area/process made things much less stressful in a crazy process.
