Helped us find a residential single family and was patient and drove up to an hour or longer to show homes to us. In short, she knows her stuff and soaks up new knowledge like a sponge. Angela also knows the right questions to ask to help you think through your decision making process when a house purchase becomes complicated as that definitely happened with us. Available for calls and she will text you within reasonable time frame if she cannot answer and tell you the time she can call back. She communicates with all parties and keeps you in the loop. She will make the difficult group texts and get answers from lenders if things do not look right on your paperwork or she questions certain fees from the lender. Overall was a wonderful experience and she definitely negotiated through and through for us since our home had about 30k of hidden repairs that were not disclosed by the seller. She got us the max concessions we could legally take and negotiated down the price in initial negotiations. The list goes on what she did for us but I can tell you genuinely that the experience was an A+.
