She listened to our wants and needs for a new home. Helped us narrow down a long list of homes. She had been to several on the list and knew that some would not be what we needed. She saved us from making unnecessary trips especially since we were looking at homes several hours away and we could only look on the weekends. She kept us on track and was extremely helpful when we ran into problems/issues. I don't want to look for another home but if I need to in the future, I will call her.
