She came right away, went over our house, what to fix or not fix (was less than I was assuming as well!), recommended GREAT people to us for home repairs, and sold above anywhere we were even imagining to sell our home at. The photography, description, and details she did for selling were superb. The ease of living out of state, and selling was amazing. She had people in and out, and sold our first home in just a couple of days. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.
