Angie did a fantastic job in assisting us with the sale of the house. She was a great asset in guiding us through the process. She took the time to explain everything! From the very beginning, we were impressed with her! She told us what to expect realistically, then took the time to cover everything, including lots of things we wouldn't have thought to ask. Her expertise was clear from the outset! She took to note all of the unique features of the house and took the time to point them out in an appealing manner in the listing. She kept us in the loop regularly updating us on where we were in the process, and of everything that we needed to do. Her exceptional assistance in getting the house listed properly resulted in an offer being made in very short order, ~ in weeks, ~ despite the number of homes on the market currently. We're extremely grateful for her help! She patiently answered the plethora of questions we had, greatly reducing anxiety throughout the process. We couldn't ask for any better assistance!
