Another fantastic experience with a top notch agent! Angela, once again, delivered a fast, professional and easy selling experience. She is the best agent in the business, and we will continue to recommend her and team to everyone we know.
Angela Allen is an exceptional agent and individual. We live in NY and were saddled with selling my mother's home in DE...I anticipated that being 6 hours away would be a nightmare to navigate in terms of emptying, cleaning, and preparing my mothers house for sale. We interviewed quite a few agents, but knew from the second we met Angela she was precisely the person we needed- thoughtful and excellent communication from the start. Angela arranged for the home to be emptied, landscaping updated, home cleaned, septic replaced, and all the inspection items to be handled. She checked on every item, facetimed us to make sure we were happy at each step of the process and truly made the experience easy. She got us our asking price (multiple offers) within 3 weeks on the market and guided us thought the sale from afar. I can't imagine that there is a better agent on the planet. Paul M. Dunman
Amanda was exceptional and in my opinion, the best agent ib could have had in the purchase of my first home. Id surely utilize her services again and would highly recommend.
Angela Allen - fantastic agent. She was so helpful beyond all expectations. In our absence, she facilitated and organized everything from contacts with moving company, estate sale, final house empty and clean-out,etc. She was there for us and supportive from beginning to end. We simply couldn't have done it without her. Angela, we can't thank you enough! <3
Samantha Enderle helped us sell our house from list to close in just 15 days at above our asking price! Samantha marketed our property so well, responded quickly to all our texts, went above and beyond to handle an unusual situation and helped us navigate through multiple offers. We relied on Samantha’s expertise all along the way and she always remained confident, friendly, professional and calm. She does her job so well that we had nothing to worry about and we appreciate that. We trust Samantha and Patterson Schwartz and definitely recommend them.
Angela was amazing she had multiple showings on our home before it was listed. She managed our expectations and was very sound in her guidance in buying and selling our home.
The agents were very professional and went over all of our questions and responded timely.
I have bought and sold many homes with the Angela Allen Group at Patterson Schwartz. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Angela is the best agent I have worked with.
We love Angela Allen! Incredibly friendly and professional. She was always available to answer any questions we had no matter the time of day. She made selling and purchasing our home very easy!
Samantha Enderle did an excellent job selling our house. She made the whole process go smoothly and closing was done efficiently. We were confident in Samantha’s ability to represent us and to get the house sold quickly and at a fair price. And she did. We appreciated Samantha communicating with us every step of the way and making it so easy for us. We’ll definitely work with Samantha again soon and highly recommend her.
