She is definitely a professional, a great communicator and she's on your side! Her keen eye picked up every imperfection at each home that we viewed, things we wouldn't have noticed. Even when we backed out of a contract due to the inspection results, she understood and didn't even bat an eye but moved on with the search! She has an extensive knowledge of the area and didn't let us make a mistake on where we chose to live, or to buy a house that wasn't a good fit, or that wasn't a good deal for us!
