She guided us through every step of the way of selling our house, from the start of the listing to the time of the closing. She met us at the property and took down every detail of the house. Professional photos were taken and the listing was entered into the MLS in a timely manner. She kept us informed on the offers that came in and her knowledge and follow up was impeccable. Once the house went under contract and the buyers had the inspection done, she recommended vendors to have several things fixed and set up appointments with them. The house was listed as turnkey, but the buyers did not want the furniture. Angela went out of her way to help us get all of the furniture sold via Facebook Marketplace, set up the appointments with the potential buyers, and met them at the house if we could not be there. She even arranged for a church to pick up the remaining things that didn’t sell. She came to the closing with us for support and to make sure that everything went according to order!
