Angela was amazing at helping my boyfriend and I through a complicated TIC purchase in Los Angeles - we felt lucky to have her on our side as our advocate. Angela was knowledgeable about the local market and patient with us while we toured places in the valley and LA. She was also super responsive (even outside traditional hours) and a strong negotiator with the seller to make us feel comfortable throughout the home-buying process. She also had terrific recommendations on vendors for our home inspection/repairs and was kind enough to be on site when our busy work schedules wouldn’t allow us to be at the property in person (we lived 2.5 hrs away from LA).
