I contacted Angel about this property. She didn't waste time. She made an appointment for me within 24 hours of first inquiring. She walked me through the steps needed for becoming contingent on this property and she guided me on what she knew needed to be fixed and every issue she was aware of. She didn't hide the flaws and was very honest and forthcoming. She made everything come together with no headaches or frustrations at all. Once I did my research of how much she has sold and how many other people she had helped in the same situation as me with buying and selling I chose to not just have her buy this house but to also sell my house. She orchestrated everything to go seamlessly through both the buying and selling of both properties. She had everything come together as it should at the same exact time.
I did some research on Angel before agreeing to have her sell my home. She has sold A TON of homes within the last year. She was on top of selling my home. Angel was agent for both buyer and seller. Probably not the easiest to balance, but she did it. And, I think both the seller and myself walked away feeling equally pleased. I am not a local to the area she works with and she was very helpful with getting me acquainted with the area and key to assisting with our survey and perc testing so that everything was performed on time. She answered hundreds of questions very quickly....even when I had contacted her after normal hours and expressed there was no rush for a response. On moving day, the seller had left quite a bit of contents that were never picked up. Angel brought her truck and we hauled it off...in the pouring down rain! I must say that I am a person that always has high expectations, and the flaw with that is that is people often come up short. That simply wasn't the case with her. I found that "perfect" property that I have been wishing for most of my life. And without getting too detailed, there were many aspects of the property specifics, the process, and the circumstances which fully convinced me that divine intervention was involved, and I had an "Angel" to help me along the way.
I'm out of state and she helped me not just find a buyer, but also helped me to find contractors to perform tasks as survey, soil test and clear the land. Also she went there multiple times to make sure services were performed correctly. She actually did a job way better than simple selling the land. Highly recommend.
Angel was always there to help and answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. And, always willing to meet with us to show us a home at pretty much a moments notice. Also Angel has a good amount of real estate experience which can come in handy if you don't. We looked at many different properties and she was very patience and kind with us. Most importantly, she is not afraid to go deep into the woods to truly see the property you are considering. (Which you should do before making an offer on any piece of land.)
